Job Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics functions to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate and liaise with related departments on daily operational activities.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and elevate to top management when necessary.
• Oversee the full process flow of raw materials and finished goods from incoming to outgoing.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and environmental procedures.
• Stay updated with customs regulations and ensure full compliance for import and export operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within a manufacturing environment at a managerial level.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic personality; knowledge of shipping and customs procedures is an advantage.
• A strong leader, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver.
• Excellent diplomacy and communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers, executives, and management.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Salary Range: RM 6,000 - 8,500
