Shipping Executive

FC-BIOS is a market leader in Centralized Temperature Monitoring Systems, Pharma Fridges, Freezers, and Specialty Laboratory Equipment for the healthcare, industrial, research, and academic sectors. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Shipping Executive to manage import and export logistics, coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documents, apply import permits, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. The role ensures international shipments are handled smoothly, arrive on time, and meet all relevant regulatory standards.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and arrange import/export shipments with freight forwarders and transporters.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, certificate of origin).
  • Apply for import permits and liaise with relevant government authorities.
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery status.
  • Verify freight invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Negotiate rates with logistics providers and monitor logistics cost efficiency.
  • Liaise with the warehouse for packing and dispatch arrangements.
  • Follow up and work closely with supplier for on‑time delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs requirements, and procurement processes.
