Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in managing a unionized shopfloor is an added advantage.

• Ensure timely deployment of People development plan.
• Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coach employees and support in continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of working areas.
