Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair devices for customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receive incoming service jobs and ensure all required information is accurately entered and updated in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Prepare service quotations and service reports, ensuring clarity and completeness before submission to customers.
  • Follow up with customers on job status, approvals, and required information to ensure smooth service progression.
  • Coordinate repair parts and customer details with the operations team to facilitate logistics, shipping, or parts replacement.
  • Communicate weekly with your manager to provide updates on ongoing jobs, quotations, and any challenges faced.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring a neat, safe, and orderly working environment.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager when required.
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in electronics troubleshooting or repair.
  • Detail-oriented, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with other departments to ensure smooth departmental operations.
