About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation, monitoring, and support of our traffic management and surveillance systems. This includes CCTV, AI event monitoring, Video Management Systems (VMS), and other traffic-related applications. You’ll handle incident escalation, SLA compliance, reporting, and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep services running seamlessly.

  • Report and elevate incidents via the client communication platform.
  • Track and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate maintenance and support with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years’ experience in IT support or IT helpdesk.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (IP ping tests, connectivity checks).
  • Familiarity with incident escalation workflows, ticketing systems, dashboards, databases, and reporting tools.
