Requirements

• Able to read schematics, use testing tools, and follow SOPs precisely.
• Strong interest in lab equipment is a plus.
• Resourceful with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and able to utilize computer‑based tools for reports, email and general communication.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Owns a car and is ready to travel across Klang Valley and outstation regions.
• Good work ethics.

Responsibility

• Perform on‑site installations, testing and training procedures to verify equipment is operating safely and correctly.
• Troubleshoot, repair and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively based on SLA‑driven metrics.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service tasks and build strong customer relationships while supporting service targets.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support and post‑sales service assurance, working closely with product and sales teams.
• Upkeep of service tools and facilities in compliance with standards and statutory guidelines.
• Generate service reports with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
