Job summary

A leading service solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Service Support Executive. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, facilitate the sales process of spare parts, and promote brand loyalty through exceptional service. The role requires proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English, a diploma in a relevant field, and 2-3 years of experience in a service or sales support capacity. Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a corporate ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of quality standards for services and customer satisfaction evaluation.
  • Ability to meet agreed tasks and deadlines against KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service engineers and manage the sales process of spare parts.
  • Handle customer complaints and warranty follow-ups.
  • Promote the company brand by providing excellent service.
