The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, facilitate the sales process of spare parts, and promote brand loyalty through exceptional service. The role requires proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English, a diploma in a relevant field, and 2-3 years of experience in a service or sales support capacity. Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with a corporate ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of quality standards for services and customer satisfaction evaluation.
• Ability to meet agreed tasks and deadlines against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service engineers and manage the sales process of spare parts.
• Handle customer complaints and warranty follow-ups.
