How you’ll make an impact
  • You will effectively monitor and control project progress, resource utilisation, and project financials, oversee invoicing status, cost, expense and cash flow, and ensure financial reporting is up to date. All project‑related documents will be stored according to Hitachi Energy policies, and you will present in project/service agreement and warranty reviews. You will identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk, and pursue opportunities.
  • You will capture, analyse and share lessons learned, formally close out the project as contractually agreed, drive formal acceptance and contract close‑out, and ensure acknowledgement by the customer.
  • You will consistently apply contract and claim management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements, coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials and equipment from external and internal suppliers.
  • You will support Supply Chain Management in negotiation, claim and project change, act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • You will pursue the development of customer relationships enabling business continuation and sustainable business relationships, and provide internal feedback to develop products, processes, operations and services.
  • You will ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety and environmental policies.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
  • You hold a university degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in transformers and project management.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible for business travel when required.
