  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

As the EAJ Service Supply Chain Leader, you will manage a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with Schneider Electric’s global vision for excellence and growth in the Service Operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance service delivery. This position requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.

What will you do?
Strategic Procurement Leadership
  • Define and execute procurement strategies for sub‑contractors and material, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric’s global vision and sustainability goals.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize supplier base, improve margins, and unlock value through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
  • Contribute to global procurement strategy discussions and shape the regional agenda for transformation and capability building.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly procurement performance reviews, including cost savings, supplier KPIs, and compliance metrics.
Operational Procurement Excellence
  • Oversee end‑to‑end procurement operations for service procurement & supply chain, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure timely availability of service parts and resources to meet customer commitments and operational targets.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of performance, learning, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Service Operations, Global Supply Chain & Project Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of procurement strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for EAJ region stakeholders on procurement and supply chain matters for the Service Operations.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization preferable to have managed sub‑contractors in the Service Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and compliance frameworks.
