Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager (Automotive) to oversee the daily operations of our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service advisors and technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily service centre operations
  • Lead, supervise, and train service advisors and technicians
  • Ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor service workflow, productivity, and turnaround time
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure workshop equipment, tools, and facilities are properly maintained
  • Drive service revenue, upselling of service packages, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and manufacturer requirements
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate (service management systems, MS Office)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet performance targets
