Job Description
As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating daily ready‑mix concrete deliveries by managing dispatch operations. This includes ensuring accurate order processing, efficient truck scheduling, and responsive customer communication to support effective plant‑to‑site logistics.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination – Manage and coordinate ready‑mix concrete deliveries, ensuring accurate dispatch and timely delivery in line with customer and plant schedules
- Fleet Optimisation – Optimise truck loading and scheduling to reduce idle time, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve delivery turnaround
- Order Processing – Accurately enter and verify customer orders in the ERP/dispatch system, ensuring correct mix design, volume, and delivery details
- Project Monitoring – Track ongoing job progress and coordinate with batching plants to align production with delivery needs
- Customer Communication – Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates, handling changes, and resolving issues professionally via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- Other Duties – Perform any additional tasks as directed by superiors
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of concrete products and delivery operations is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably in construction or manufacturing) is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP or dispatch systems and frontline team coordination is beneficial.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Familiarity with fleet coordination and delivery tracking
- Competent in Excel, data tracking, and logistics/reporting tools
- Ability to lead and motivate operational teams (drivers, dispatchers, etc.)
- Effective problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure situations
- Adaptable to changing operational needs
- Proficiency in English and Malay (written & spoken)
- Willing to work on a shift basis
