Responsibilities
- On‑site Operation & Maintenance; Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment at project sites to ensure stable and safe operation.
- On‑site Workforce Coordination; Coordinate and supervise on‑site workers and subcontracted personnel, arrange daily tasks, and monitor work quality to ensure project execution according to plan.
- Customer Communication & Coordination; Act as the key on‑site contact person with clients and owner representatives. Maintain effective communication regarding project progress, operation status, and after‑sales matters.
- After‑sales & Quality Issue Handling; Collect, analyze, and report equipment quality and after‑sales issues from site. Work closely with engineers from China headquarters to resolve technical, quality, and service‑related problems.
- Technical Support & Documentation; Assist headquarters in preparing technical reports, fault records, issue summaries, and continuous improvement suggestions.
- Other On‑site Support Tasks; Support other technical or coordination tasks as required by the project.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Able to communicate in Chinese for work purposes, especially with engineers from China headquarters.
- Educational Background: Background in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment; able to read basic electrical drawings and assist in on‑site troubleshooting.
- Communication & Coordination Skills: Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, on‑site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Work Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, hands‑on mindset, and ability to work in project‑based and on‑site environments.
