  • Conduct thorough vehicle walk‑arounds with customers, documenting existing damage and confirming service needs.
  • Translate customer concerns into clear and concise repair orders, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions of the required work.
  • Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates for services and repairs, explaining pricing and obtaining customer approval before commencing work.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles, providing updates on progress and any unforeseen issues.
  • Proactively identify and recommend additional services or repairs that may be necessary or beneficial to the customer, explaining the value and benefits of each recommendation.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing technician workloads and minimizing customer wait times.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service reception area, creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, technical specifications, and service procedures for various vehicle makes and models.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding service operations, customer service, and safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with service technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to the service manager as needed.
