Job description

We are looking for a results-driven marketer to take ownership of our online visibility. Your primary goal is to drive traffic and leads.

You will be responsible for our organic growth (SEO) and our paid advertising (PPC/Ads). While you won't be writing complex code, you will need to be comfortable working inside our website CMS to publish content, build landing pages, and ensure the site is optimized for search engines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Primary Focus

  • Strategy: Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic rankings for our target keywords.
  • On-Page: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images.
  • Technical: Conduct regular site audits to identify broken links, crawl errors, and speed issues (and fix them or coordinate fixes).
  • Off-Page: Build high-quality backlinks and manage local SEO presence (e.g., Google Business Profile).
2. Online Advertising (SEM & Social Ads) – Primary Focus

Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display).

Perform A/B testing on ad copy and creative to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and lower Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).

Manage the ad budget to ensure we are getting a positive return on investment.

3. Website Management (Light Web Dev)

Note: This is about management, not coding from scratch.

Manage the company website using our CMS.

Build and update landing pages using page builders.

Ensure all plugins and themes are updated and secure.

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is required to tweak formatting and layout issues.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Set up conversion tracking to ensure we know exactly where our leads are coming from.

Provide monthly reports highlighting growth, wins, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on SEO and Paid Media.
  • Tool Stack: Proficiency with SEO tools and Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, Search Console).
  • Web Skills: Strong familiarity with Joomla.
  • Copywriting: Ability to write compelling ad copy and SEO-friendly meta descriptions.
  • Mindset: Data-driven and analytical. You make decisions based on numbers, not just "gut feeling".
