A digital marketing company in Subang Jaya is seeking a results-driven marketer. Focused on enhancing online visibility, you will manage SEO strategies, optimize online ads, and oversee the company's website. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of SEO and paid media, proficient with Joomla and Google tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to create engaging content are essential for driving growth.
We are looking for a results-driven marketer to take ownership of our online visibility. Your primary goal is to drive traffic and leads.
You will be responsible for our organic growth (SEO) and our paid advertising (PPC/Ads). While you won't be writing complex code, you will need to be comfortable working inside our website CMS to publish content, build landing pages, and ensure the site is optimized for search engines.
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Primary Focus
Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display).
Perform A/B testing on ad copy and creative to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and lower Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
Manage the ad budget to ensure we are getting a positive return on investment.
Note: This is about management, not coding from scratch.
Manage the company website using our CMS.
Build and update landing pages using page builders.
Ensure all plugins and themes are updated and secure.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is required to tweak formatting and layout issues.
Monitor traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Set up conversion tracking to ensure we know exactly where our leads are coming from.
Provide monthly reports highlighting growth, wins, and areas for improvement.
