Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering/Failure analysis & Semiconductor IC.
• Experience in wafer testing methods, test blocks, and test systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs comprehensive frameworks for Functional Product Test Plans.
• Analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses.
• Participates in testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Develops Product characterization parameters using test platforms.
