Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our organization and clients. We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to innovative design solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Wireframing & Prototyping – Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
• UI Design – Develop modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI designs.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with designers, marketers, developers and project managers to ensure designs meet business and user needs.
• Usability Testing – Gather user feedback and iterate designs to enhance usability.
• Iterate Existing Projects – Review client projects to identify areas for enhancement.
• Design Strategy – Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Visual Design – Design and optimize graphics, images, and visual elements for web/mobile use, maintaining brand consistency.
• Continuous Improvement – Enhance design and user experience based on customer feedback, usage metrics (Google Analytics), and usability findings.
• Ad-Hoc Design Tasks – Undertake design tasks assigned by the company.
• Industry Trends – Stay updated on the latest web design and UX trends to continuously innovate and improve.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps, websites, or e-commerce, dashboards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, and UI designs.
• Proficient in design and prototype tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas, concepts, designs, and suggestions.
• Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within deadlines.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience in photo/video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
