Job description

Provide real-time support for trade execution issues, platform connectivity, and market-related queries.

Monitor trading systems for potential issues and elevate technical problems to relevant teams.

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to improve trading operations.

Reconciliation & preparation of end day trade reports

Assist to prepare daily & weekly market outlook report

Support daily risk reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

Track and communicate key market developments, such as geopolitical events or macroeconomic factors that may impact commodity prices.

Help improve reporting processes and adopt tools or automation to enhance risk management practices.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in market, trading, or a related analytical role.

Experience in customer support, trading operations, or financial services.

We Able to dynamically select and intepret technical indicators based on prevailing market conditions.

Knowledge of financial markets, CFDs, Forex trading.(XAU preferred)

Familiarity with MT4, MT5 trading platforms (preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity methodologies.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of Python, Power BI, or other analytics software is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including market open/close times.
