Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup focused on innovative payment solutions, providing total utilities solutions for M & E services.

What you'll be doing?

Manage Tenders: Adhere to quotation and tender management policies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Document Preparation: Obtain and update necessary documents, ensuring all pricing and technical data are available for tender submission.

Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and consultants to gather necessary documentation and information.

Quotation Development: Prepare quotations and drawings as per client requirements and standard operating procedures.

Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of pricing and tender information.

Drawing Standards: Adhere to AUTOCAD drawing standards as per client requirements.

Who are they looking for?

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Educational Background: At least Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveyor field.

Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software for drawing preparation and technical documentation.

Experience: Minimum 2-year experience in related role with proven track record in tender management or engineering projects.

Communication Skills: Good communication and correspondence skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
