Responsibilities

1. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions (receipts) and documentation.
2. Performs installation, calibration, scheduled plan preventive maintenance (PPM), safety inspections, troubleshooting, repair and operation verification procedures.
3. Maintains inventory of all medical equipment and tools
4. Report stock in hand every Friday
5. Responds to unscheduled service requests from users by performing initial problem verification, troubleshooting, and problem correction
6. Interfacing with the client contacts and ensuring documentation and clearances are sent out in a timely manner
7. Maintain your stock on hand properly with due care, and ensure no stock is lost.
8. Responds to basic support requests
9. Safely load and unload packages or goods/spare parts.
10. Keeping the storage area clean, tidy, and organized to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval of items.
11. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions (receipts) and any log book documentation.

13. Interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner and handle complaints
14. Ensure the machine is in a clean condition during the Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)
15. Vehicle maintenance: perform basic inspections and upkeep on the delivery vehicle to ensure it\'s in good working order.
16. Ensure immediate and proper disposal of unused or faulty parts.
17. Conduct site visits and prepare comprehensive reports.
18. Develop ideas and proposals to improve products and processes.
19. Achieve at least 85% problem-solving efficiency.
20. Pre-plan work and projects, ensuring the latest updates are obtained from reliable sources.
21. Upon completion of each project, ensure all parts, equipment, and tools are properly stored and returned to the store.

• Diploma or Degree in Technical / Engineering / IT / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of dialysis equipment
• Experience working with dialysis machines is an added advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and the medical team
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
• Valid driving license
