Assist superior to execute plan preventive maintenance (PPM) and maintenance schedule which to support production and ensure all machinery smooth during working times.

To receive / response / report on work orders, identify faulty equipment, and acquire parts and equipment to complete repairs.

Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of various plant machineries and equipment or work related to the building maintenance (routine inspection) i.e. fire protection system, lighting, electrical supply, plumbing system and performing both electrical and mechanical work.

Performing preventive, predictive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all facilities and equipment, and completing project such as mechanical and electrical hardware and software upgrades or maintenance program for different plant equipment and machineries.

Communicate with all users to repair, control & monitor machinery parts until completion.

Participating in daily toolbox meetings, prioritizing and reviewing work orders to schedule daily work.

Setup different modular of machine and equipment for production run.

To monitor contractors work and to ensure that maintenance issue is handled in timely manner.

Upkeep the maintenance records and maintain housekeeping within work area.

Ensure incoming electricity supply within the acceptable range and assist chargeman to take daily checklist.

To performs PLC, Inverter, SSB, MSB and any electrical control system repair works.

To ensure company and authority safety rules and regulations are being followed

To perform domestic & industry wiring for new circuit as per request i.e: Office, quarters, canteen, etc.

To do modification on control circuit as per request and necessary.

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in a related field.
• Substantial experience as a Technician/Senior Technician/Specialist / Electrical technician/ Welder, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and foreign workers
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Working Location: Beranang, Selangor.
