Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Tech GTM Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will oversee complex end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience managing IT projects, with strong leadership and communication skills. This position is permanent and based at CelcomDigi Tower in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of managing complex projects within IT or digital environments.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in the telco industry or related industry.
• Strong understanding of technology and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
