We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious HR team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities include:
  1. Ability to undertake a full-cycle recruiting process to have a well-rounded view and to consider technical skills and behavioral aspects needed for the role.
  2. Determine selection criteria and advertise accordingly on relevant social media and various platforms.
  3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) and create strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs.
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  5. Have sound knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing competencies.
  6. Have sound knowledge and application of profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC Assessment, PEAKS Leaders, Human Capital Analytics, or similar assessment tools.
  7. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  8. Lead employer branding initiatives, including organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in a full-cycle recruiting role is preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to close vacancies quickly.
  • Desire to build knowledge of the organization’s business and services.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and verticals of the organization.
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
