Senior HR Executive (Recruitment & Staff Engagement)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, driving team performance through effective leadership, including team meetings, one-to-one sessions, and regular training.
  • Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies by planning, executing, and monitoring all recruitment activities.
  • Plan, develop, manage, and oversee employer branding initiatives.
  • Identify appropriate recruitment sources, tools, and methods for different roles across the company.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and business stakeholders to fill approved vacancies in line with business objectives.
  • Review and enhance recruitment processes to improve candidate experience, reduce time-to-fill KPIs, and increase hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor movements.
  • Handle and manage manpower planning activities.
  • Prepare and distribute regular recruitment reports, as well as ad-hoc reports when required, including identifying issues and recommending action plans.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives within or beyond the recruitment team as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience.
  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency, with strong knowledge of best practices and candidate experience delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and motivating a team.
