Job summary

A leading educational institute in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment knowledge and excellent communication skills, as well as a background in Human Resources. This role also involves developing effective sourcing strategies and mentoring junior team members while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.   • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and hiring best practices
  • Experience hiring for multiple roles and departments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS systems
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment strategies
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Manage senior, specialist, and mass hiring roles across multiple departments
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines, and recruitment costsEnhance employer branding through recruitment campaigns and social platforms
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Mentor junior TA or HR team members when required
