Your Contribution

• Execute sourcing strategies, including price and contract negotiations.
• Meet purchasing KPIs as agreed with the superior.
• Analyze sourcing markets and internal demand for assigned material groups.
• Support strategic purchasers with regional market insights and developments.
• Collaborate closely with strategic purchasers on projects.
• Monitor and report purchasing performance.
• Act as a “Gatekeeper” to ensure process compliance and brief internal clients.
• Conduct supplier evaluation and development.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and orders per company guidelines.
• Maintain supplier-related agreements and master data.
• Serve as the single point of contact for suppliers regarding demand, volume, and delivery changes.
• Assist in optimizing sourcing processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Consolidate internal needs (technical, quality, commercial) with requestors.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Proficiency in purchasing systems and tools (e.g., SAP, SPO, e-Commerce).
• Understanding of internal customer needs and local supply markets.
• Familiarity with payment terms and Incoterms.
• Excellent skill in sourcing, negotiation, contacting, order management, supplier management.
• Experience in project management, communication, analytical thinking, change promotion.
