Role

Senior Supply Chain Executive (Supply Chain/ Warehouse Division)

Responsibilities
Import & Customs Management
  • Manage end‑to‑end import processes for raw materials, including documentation, shipment coordination, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, HS codes, MOH/NPRA requirements, and other relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance.
  • Monitor import duties, tariffs, and regulatory changes affecting food ingredients and health supplement materials.
Supply Chain Operations
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, and replenishment to support sales and production needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Manage logistics partners and evaluate performance to ensure cost‑effective and reliable operations.
  • Troubleshoot supply chain issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Process Optimization & Reporting
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, lead times, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare regular supply chain reports, forecasts, and operational updates for management.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs clearance, import permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in handling food ingredients or raw materials is an advantage.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
