Responsibilities

To comply with the requirements of the documented Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001 Standard.

To make sure the hatchery surroundings is always kept clean and maintain its hygienic environment.

To supervise the condition of setter and hatchers always work in good condition.

To ensure the hatchery operation is organized for efficient, productive and safe operations at all times.

To ensure all resources at the hatchery (labor, eggs, pharmaceuticals, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities etc.) are well kept, maintained, utilized and where required, recorded at all times, for optimum Day Old Chick production.

To ensure all hatchery administrative matters are in order.

Education & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Biology, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hatchery operations or poultry production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of hatchery processes, incubation techniques, and chick care.

Familiarity with biosecurity protocols and quality assurance standards.

Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters.

Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.

Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.

Experienced in executing and improving procedures.

Able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.

Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP environment, Microsoft Outlook, Team and OneDrive is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
