Job summary

A global leader in semiconductor solutions is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with the implementation of IT solutions and provide support for SAP WM functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in relevant roles. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality delivery and participate in project activities.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Support & coordinate to the IT solution rollout/implementation.
• Support user requirements gathering and hand over to service provider as well as ensure delivery to User always with good quality.
• Be involved in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release as well as relevant documents preparation.
• Participate in project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solution and processes.
• Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently.
