Job Scopes

Reports to the Nursing Sister/Ward Manager and is responsible for delivering safe neonates care through effective nursing practice, risk identification and management, ongoing assessment, care planning based on the neonate’s condition, and providing health education to the neonate’s families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
• Valid APC
• Possess Post Basic Certificate in Neonatal Nursing or Degree in relevant nursing studies
• Possess a Neonatal Resuscitation Program or Code Blue Programs Certificate
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Registered Nurse
• Possess relevant practical hands‑on knowledge and ability to supervise, lead, and coach the junior staff nurse
