1. Clinical Duties
- Perform health screening procedures such as:
- Vital signs assessment
- ECG
- Audiometry
- Phlebotomy (blood taking)
- Urine sample handling
- Height/weight/BMI/body composition analysis
- Assist doctors during clinical examinations and counselling sessions.
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and patient safety standards (MSQH/JCI standards).
2. Operational Management
- Oversee daily workflow of the health screening centre to ensure efficiency and minimal waiting time.
- Coordinate patient movement between stations.
- Monitor appointment schedules and manage high-volume corporate screenings.
- Ensure timely reporting and release of medical check-up results.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior nurses, health screening assistants, or new staff.
- Assign duties and manage staff roster within the HS department.
- Act as the shift/team leader and point-of-contact during operations.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all procedures comply with hospital SOPs, MSQH/JCI standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Check equipment calibration and functionality (ECG machines, audiometer, spirometer, etc.).
5. Customer Service & Client Relations
- Provide professional and courteous service to walk-in clients, corporate clients, and etc.
- Handle patient enquiries, explain screening procedures, clarify and promote health screening packages to the patients.
- Manage difficult customers professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and comfort during the entire screening process.
6. Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Prepare medical documents, reports, and referrals to specialists when required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of patients reports.
- Liaise with doctors, radiology, laboratory, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing with valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
- Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience (health screening or outpatient preferred).
- Strong skills and able to perform phlebotomy, ECG, and basic health screening tests.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team and handle high-volume screening activities.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and Cantonese will be a huge advantage.
