• Prepare and review weekly build plans based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Coordinate new material setup upon notification from project leader.
• Conduct monthly inventory reviews and identify unhealthy inventory categories.
• Monitor WIP movement and FG supply status with line steering.
• Act as the primary contact for Launch Support Management team.

Job description

Build Plan Scheduling

• Prepare and review weekly build plans based on planning forecasts and customer orders, factoring in capacity, loading matrix, and inventory checks.
• Perform bin‑level planning to match customer requirements with WIP and build plans.
• Ensure capacity availability for product ramp‑up, collaborate with Industrial Engineering on capacity aligned with product mix requirements.
• Support engineering and customer sample builds.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate new material setup upon notification from project leader.
• Ensure timely and accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.

Inventory Management

• Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
• Identify unhealthy inventory categories and define corrective actions.
• Review fallout inventory and schedule production for retest.
• For blocked & RMA stock due to quality issues, follow up with Quality and Engineering teams for disposition; if approved for retest, schedule rework PO to production.

Operational Issue Management

• Monitor WIP movement and FG supply status with line steering to ensure reliable FG commitment.
• Trigger early warnings to OM planners if FG supply is insufficient based on defined escalation level criteria, clarify urgent topics and provide prompt status updates.
• Coordinate new product ramp‑up activities, work closely with R&D, NPI, and Production teams to ensure reliable sample commitments.
• Act as the primary contact for Launch Support Management (LSM) team.
