As a Senior Specialist - Pricing & Product at Continental Tyre PJ (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and pricing. This full-time position, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is responsible for driving the strategic development and optimisation of Continental's product portfolio and pricing models.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing and product strategies
• Developing and implementing effective pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and line extensions
• Monitoring product performance and making recommendations for adjustments to pricing, product features, or positioning
• Providing strategic guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams on pricing and product‑related matters
• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Continental’s products and pricing remain aligned with market demands
