Job description
Senior Specialist, Performance Management
  • To develop and implement frameworks, review, propose improvements, and implement the improvements in RHB Group’s Performance Management system, policies & processes,
  • Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management and HR leadership
  • Work with Learning & Development teams to design and implement training programs that address performance gaps
  • To provide oversight and jointly work with all HR functional areas to identify gaps in, and coordinate the implementation of and compliance with the reviewed and upgraded HR Management governance policies, guidelines, and processes.
Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's /Master’s Degree /Professional Degree in HR or disciplines related to HR; such as Social Science, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Industrial Relations or Organisation Behaviour.
  • 5-7 years related working experience, with extensive exposure to performance management (KPI and competencies) and broad experience in another HR discipline.
  • Good knowledge about best practices in the area of Performance Management
  • Ability to balance the needs of the organisation with the performance management process, policies, and legal requirements
  • Demonstrates ability to recognise & initiate process improvements/ projects and ability to see the initiatives/projects through conclusion/implementation
  • Ability to interact with all levels, work independently as a team member
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, and is very detail‑oriented
  • Strong in relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Understands unique & constantly changing business requirements of multiple business/ functional units within the RHB Group working environment
  • Ability to interface with various functions as well as numerous specialists in developing and /or deploying customer‑focused HR practices, processes, programs, and services
