Job description

What You'll Do:

Inventory Optimization:

• You will need to strategically manage engineering store spare parts inventory across 7 AP plants, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock
• You need to obsoleted spare parts management
• You will responsible to lead Automatic Min/Max inventory adjustment process

SAP Master Data Management:

• You are responsible to lead the creation and maintenance of SAP master data for all MRO items, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and standardization across plants and lead centralized SAP code system

Regional Sourcing Strategy:

• You need to define and implement common sourcing strategies to leverage regional buying power, standardize specifications, and support cost-effective procurement

Coordination with AP Plants Engineering team

• You need to collaborate with AP plants engineering manager & engineering store leader to optimize spare parts availability, improve supplier performance, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies

Cluster Inventory Management:

• You need to build & manage the cluster (China, India, and ASEAN) inventory for high value spare parts, identifying opportunities for consolidation and optimization

Supplier Transition:

• You are responsible to drive source change initiatives from global OEMs to Best Cost Country (BCC) suppliers, ensuring quality and cost targets are meet with developing the Pilot and replication standards together with global engineering & procurement

MRP Optimization:

• You need to apply two statistical MRP models to optimize stock levels of A and B category parts, balancing service levels with inventory costs
• You are responsible for understanding how spare parts fail and their impacts, establishing plans/proactive tasks (FMEA), ABC curve of assets, and leading benchmarking (good practices, technological updates and coordinating with other regions

What We're Looking For

• You with5+ years engineering /MRO inventory management /Maintenance management in an industrial environment.
• You are experienced in leading multidisciplinary technical associates to achieve cost effective goals
• You are experienced in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Lean environment.
• You with ability to direct cross-functional work groups to achieve MRO inventory optimization and operational objectives, goals and timelines.
• You with MRO inventory management.
• You with Strong technical background. Understanding of computerized layout, spreadsheet and database management.
• You with strong communication, business, technical, analytical and planning skills.
