A leading firm in Southeast Asia seeks a seasoned HR professional to manage talent development and ensure compliance with HR laws. Responsibilities include developing training programs, managing performance management, and conducting training needs analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role, which also involves conducting investigations and managing employee relations.
Develop and implement training plans, strategies, and annual training calendars.
Manage the full Performance Management process, including goal setting, mid-year review, and annual evaluation.
Lead succession planning initiatives and ensure continuity of key positions.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments and propose suitable interventions.
Ensure all training records, materials, and training plans are always audit‑ready.
Build, track, and analyse key talent development metrics, including ROI and program effectiveness.
Develop, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs.
Manage and update all training‑related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with internal rules & regulations related to HR processes.
Manage conflict resolution and handle grievance cases in a timely and fair manner.
Conduct misconduct investigations and provide recommendations or solutions aligned with company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures within the Talent Development & IR scope.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including RBA and ILO standards.
Lead the end‑to‑end process of employee satisfaction surveys, including design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Handle employee communication initiatives, announcements, and engagement activities.
Manage and update the company intranet, ensuring accurate HR‑related information is published in a timely manner.
Support internal communication strategies to enhance employee awareness and alignment.
Make necessary decisions related to Talent Development and IR activities within company policies and approved budgets.
Recommend and implement HR development initiatives aligned with strategic direction.
Conduct and lead investigations on employee misconduct and propose disciplinary actions for management approval.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Candidates without a degree but with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in HR, particularly in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Industrial Relations.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Good understanding of RBA and ILO requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and investigation skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
High integrity, professional maturity, and strong sense of responsibility.
Team player and able to interact with all levels of employees.
