Job description

We’re seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer with proven experience in building and scaling modern web applications. You’ll be working across the stack—back‑end services, front‑end apps, and cloud infrastructure—helping us design reliable systems, ship new features, and keep our platforms fast and secure. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems end‑to‑end, and working closely with product and design teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP 8.x) and Next.js or Vue 3.
• Design APIs (REST/GraphQL), handle integrations, and improve database performance.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
• Improve reliability with testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end), monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features that meet business and user needs.
• Review code, share knowledge, and mentor other engineers on best practices.
• Keep security, performance, and scalability in mind when making technical decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 4+ years of experience in full‑stack or backend‑focused engineering.
• Strong skills in Laravel, plus solid front‑end experience in Next.js/React or Vue 3.
• Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/Postgres/Aurora), caching (Redis), and queues (SQS/SNS).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, AWS deployments, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Comfortable setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with Docker.
• Strong understanding of system design and modern architecture patterns.
• Clear communication and the ability to work cross‑functionally with product and design.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with automation tools (like n8n) or event‑driven systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability (SLOs, error budgets, OpenTelemetry).
