RenalWorks has significant experience operating dialysis clinics and sees a significant opportunity to improve patient care and operational efficiency with nurse-centered clinic management software. We are looking for IT talents to join us and be part of our journey to build the next generation of software for the dialysis industry.

RenalWorks Pte Ltd is the developer and owner of a dialysis electronic health record (EHR) software called RenalGenie. The company’s experience goes back to 2014 with the development of an integrated software for RenalTeam, a South East Asia dialysis provider and an associated company of RenalWorks. RenalGenie is a fully-featured and integrated EHR with patient health information, prescriptions, clinical notes, medications and laboratory records. Billing and inventory modules in the software expanded its use to key administrative functions. To date, RenalGenie has recorded in excess of 400,000 treatments and 3 million records.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the Software Development Manager and Solution Architect, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to challenging projects. This position offers an opportunity to kick‑start your career in software development, and you will be assigned to backend, frontend, and automation quality assurance teams.

What you will do

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop clean, readable and maintainable software codes
• Review, refactor, improve, and debug the code
• Perform unit testing, integration test, pack the deliverables and resolve issues
• Prepare technical documentation
• Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, respond to user within SLA and follow up the issue status
• Support the roll‑out of new application, installation and testing
• Provide input and contribute to internal design reviews to continuously improve with others
• Working closely with Product Owner and stakeholder with the aim of meeting current and future user needs
• Working effectively within an Agile Team to deliver new feature into product
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures and apply best practices
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role

What you will need to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in software development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Java development framework i.e. SpringBoot, JPA
• Advanced database knowledge in SQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience using AWS (ECS, ECR, EKS, EC2, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito)
• Familiar with GIT, CI/CD tools & processes, Docker
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps practice
• A great attitude, energetic, fast learner, able to pick up new technology
• Able to work both independently and in team environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
