A leading global events company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to manage B2B social media efforts across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on hands-on execution, content marketing, and data-driven planning to support multiple brands and events. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in B2B social media, excellent storytelling abilities, and strong communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to help define social media best practices across a diverse and dynamic environment.
Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large‑scale branded and transaction‑oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not‑to‑be‑missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year‑round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
This role is based in our Suite 5-01, Level 5, Sunway VISIO Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with strong B2B experience to join our regional marketing team. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role will operate as part of our in‑house agency, supporting multiple B2B brands and events across Asia Pacific.
This role combines hands‑on social media execution, content marketing excellence, and data‑driven campaign planning, with the opportunity to help define and scale social media best practices across the region for 180+ world‑class trade shows & conferences.
