A construction and project management firm in Malacca is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee site activities and ensure project standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision, strong knowledge of construction processes, and good leadership skills. Fresh graduates may also apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials.
• Possession of CIDB Green Card is an advantage.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
• Monitor workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Manage site manpower and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site photos.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Job Requirements

• Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials.
• Able to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of CIDB Green Card is an advantage.
