About the role

Lands Perfect Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Kulim Kedah. As a full‑time Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of construction teams to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
• Monitoring the quality of work and implementing quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues.
• Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Developing and implementing efficient site management processes and procedures.
• Mentoring and training junior site supervisors and construction workers to develop their skills.
• Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and any other key metrics.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in either commercial or residential from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate, lead and motivate construction teams, especially with direct works or sub‑trades.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications and ensuring compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in construction management or a related field would be an advantage.
• Able to work 6 days a week and handle pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Start immediately – candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
• Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah – candidates must be willing to work there.
