About the role

Lands Perfect Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Kulim Kedah. As a full-time Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of construction teams to ensure projects are progressing as planned
• Monitoring the quality of work and implementing quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues
• Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Developing and implementing efficient site management processes and procedures
• Mentoring and training junior site supervisors and construction workers to develop their skills
• Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and any other key metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in either commercial or residential from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate, lead and motivate construction teams especially with direct works or sub-trades
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications and ensure compliances
• Strong communication and stakeholder management and communication skills
• Certification in construction management or a related field would be an advantage
• Able to work 6 days a week and handle pressure
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority
• Candidates MUST be willing to work in Kulim, Kedah
