Overview

Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant takes an end-to-end, process‑based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic cost reduction, enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation. Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients’ varied business needs in both the private and public sector, and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Our core offerings target different aspects of a client’s value chain - both across the enterprise and at the intersections of assets, process, policies, and people delivering value.

As a Finance Functional Consultant in the Dynamics 365 Practice, you will leverage strategy and operations consulting skills, business process knowledge, and other methodologies and tools to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the client’s business.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements across multiple areas
  • Map requirements to system capabilities and design reliable, scalable solutions
  • Help customers appreciate out‑of‑the‑box system capabilities and advise how to best utilize standard solution with creative configuration
  • Identify and manage dependencies between processes
  • Apply industry‑recommended practices to implementations
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in ERP and preferably in D365
  • Experience completing at least 2–3 full life‑cycle implementations
  • Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing, T&L, and Operations modules (Finance is a plus)
  • Experience in implementing Master Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Warehouse Management solutions is required
  • Functional solution design for customization – process, report and integration
  • Logical mapping of number sequence, dimension setup, ledger setup, various tax setup, etc.

Additional skills:

  • Core Product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Good understanding for business process and data migration through data entities
  • Experience in Demand Forecasting, Master Planning and Warehouse Management is required
  • Experience in Expense Management, Multi‑company, Project Accounting, Financial Management is a plus
