About the role This is a full-time Sales Support role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the Senior Sales Support (Furniture), you will be an integral member of the Sales team at JEB ASIA PTE LTD, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the growth and success of the furniture business.

Job Description: Assist the Sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support. Managing correspondences between suppliers and sales team. Work with Sales on providing quotations and proposals. Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate and implement cost saving measures. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery and installation of furniture products. Liaise with factories and logistic department on meeting deadline. Prepare mock-up samples & colour scheme confirmation for Client. Issue PO to Respective Factories. Meeting with all related departments to ensure the feasibility of launching new products. Solve technical problems from project team, sales team and overseas projects to ensure on time delivery of projects. Discuss with suppliers about the feasibility of customized products. Arrange product LAB testing information and technical details. Understand all aspects of installation relating to furniture. Prepare tender submission and proposal. Prepare budget costing and proposal. Go through tender specifications with sales manager. Get final approval on costing from sales manager. Ensure tender is completed and submitted on time. Prepare PO and 3D drawings for factory to fabricate. Create presentation materials for customer presentation. Prepare design concepts for workplace layouts with sketches. Take an active approach to learn new products from the supplier range. Assist with ad hoc responsibility as per requested by sales team. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager. Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the furniture industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of furniture products and industry trends would be an advantage. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
