The role focuses on promoting and selling medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has strong clinical understanding, excellent relationship building skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth considered above targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Manage and expand relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and key decision-makers
  • Promote MedTech products through product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and in service training
  • Support clinical staff during product evaluations, trials, and implementations
  • Lead contract negotiations, tenders, and pricing discussions in line with company policies
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and service teams
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and support team performance
