Job summary

A leading hotel group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the sales department. Responsibilities include maximizing revenue in alignment with brand standards and corporate strategies while ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. Candidates should have a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism, along with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury hotel brand.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury hotel brand.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
