Develop sales strategies: Craft and implement effective sales and account plans for your assigned portfolio to achieve commercial objectives.
Support promotional activities: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute impactful sales and promotional initiatives aligned with company goals.
Build customer relationships: Acquire and retain accounts while strengthening connections to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Increase sales volume: Conduct regular sales calls to customers, promoting EnerSys products and identifying new opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries: Professionally manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain strong relationships.
Manage accounts receivable: Ensure timely collection of debts to support the company\'s financial health.
Travel when needed: Be prepared for occasional travel, including to East Malaysia, to support business needs.
Educational background: Possess at least a Diploma or Higher in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse customers and stakeholders.
Sales experience: Bring at least 5 years of industry sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive results and build relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills: Excel in communication and relationship-building to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Self-motivated professional: Demonstrate independence, innovation, and a drive to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Customer-focused approach: Ability to manage customer relationships professionally and provide exceptional service.
