Build client relationships: Establish and maintain strong bonds with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Stay connected: Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving requirements and identify new opportunities.
Provide excellent support: Address customer inquiries related to orders, account statuses, and other relevant issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing and supply chain management to plan products, volumes, and prices in alignment with company goals.
Market intelligence: Observe and analyze markets, competitors, and customers to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Bridge communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Enhance client experiences: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that benefit clients.
Evaluate opportunities: Assess existing and potential customers to determine the benefits of the company's offerings.

Educational background: A related university degree or extensive commercial experience in the field.
Sales experience: At least 5 years of sales or commercial experience, preferably in a related industry.
Language skills: Proficiency in Chinese and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Analytical thinker: Capable of analyzing market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
