Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Senior) in Semenyih, Beranang, to expand business opportunities in the HORECA, F&B, and Retail sectors. The ideal candidate will manage accounts, develop sales strategies, and maintain customer relationships. Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are essential. This position requires travel in assigned areas and the ability to work independently. Competitive candidates will have relevant experience in the HORECA or Food & Beverage industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel within assigned areas and attend events as required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts provided by the Company and increase sales by selling more products.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and related sales proposals.
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Provide feedback on price information to Sales Coordinator teams.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator.
• Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
• Monitor credit collection and outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports for Management review.
• Prepare and represent the company for any roadshow & exhibitions.
• Conduct and prepare product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Support preparing marketing materials for promotions etc.
