What will you be doing?
- New Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs.
- Product Solutions: Understand client requirements and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably with businesses (B2B).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, solution‑crafting, and objection handling.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and market research.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
