This position focuses on promoting LinkQuest’s education and training programs, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and results-driven, capable of turning marketing strategies into tangible sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Market Development: Identify new market segments, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships to expand LinkQuest’s market presence.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns—including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing—to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and educational institutions to generate leads and referrals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Campaign Management: Organize and oversee promotional activities, webinars, and events to increase program visibility and attract target audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with academic, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive marketing execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, sales progress, and market trends for management review.
Requirements
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education, training, or service-based industries.
  • Proven success in designing and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Experience in digital marketing and the use of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with the SME market, and proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken), with good command of English for internal communication. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation)-related experience is an added advantage, particularly in managing training program claims, registrations, or employer grants.
